1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Brey-I (brey-i.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Brey-I is a personal AI assistant used by a small group of friends and is not a commercial product.

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the site admin immediately.

3. AI DISCLAIMER

Brey-I uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on Brey-I for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information independently. The AI does not have real-time knowledge and may produce errors.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

Use Brey-I responsibly. Don't attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the service. Don't use it to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the system. Access is granted at the discretion of the site admin.

5. DATA STORAGE

Your data (including chat messages, notes, calendar events, tasks, and uploaded files) is stored on a private server. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled.

6. TERMINATION

Access to Brey-I may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, by the site admin. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the site admin.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Brey-I is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The site admin and owner (Trevor) are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service downtime, or reliance on AI-generated content. Use at your own risk.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll try to give a heads-up when major changes happen, but it's your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
